For the woman who feels stuck.

Your nervous system holds the key.

THE SOMATIC SHIFT

Your nervous system is the part of your body that helps you respond to the world around you. It influences how you feel, think, behave, and experience everyday life.

The nervous system is constantly taking in information from your internal body and external environment, shaping your responses—often before you’re even aware of them.

So how do you begin to understand something that is often happening beneath your awareness?

You start by paying attention to the body.

Somatics is the practice of noticing what’s happening in your body, so you can better understand your nervous system, recognize your patterns, and create new possibilities for how you respond.

It shifts the focus from simply understanding yourself to actually experiencing yourself.

Through individualized coaching, you’ll learn to notice what’s happening within you and practice simple, body-based tools that support you through stress, discomfort, uncertainty, relationships, and change.

The goal isn’t to control your nervous system. It’s to understand it—and build a deeper relationship with yourself.

So you can move through life with greater body awareness, capacity, self-trust, and choice.

About Me

I've always been fascinated by what makes us human.

Why some experiences change us forever.

Why we repeat the same patterns.

Why we can know exactly what we need to do, yet still struggle to do it.

And what it really takes to become the person we know we're capable of being.

Those questions led me first to science, then to yoga, and ultimately to coaching.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, a Master's in Chemical Biology, am a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Health & Life Coach, and soon to be Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner.

My background in science taught me to look beneath the surface and understand the complex mechanisms we cannot see.

My own experiences with grief, change, and rebuilding taught me that we're shaped by more than biology alone. Lasting transformation doesn't come from understanding ourselves intellectually. It happens when the body becomes part of the conversation.

Because you can understand your patterns, know what you need, and have all the insight in the world—but if your body isn't on board, change can still feel out of reach.

My work today is about helping people bridge that gap: bringing the body on board so that insight can become something you actually feel, embody, and live.

A complimentary 30-minute conversation to explore what’s keeping you stuck and to create lasting change.
